Changing to Foursomes

Starting June 1 and going thru September 30, RCSC is going to allow only foursomes for each tee time.

No fivesomes during this time period.  

This is for all days of play to include men’s day.  

No change to the 3-cart rule at this time.

This is a study proposed by the Golf Advisory Committee (GAC) and approved for implementation. 

 

Some reasons to consider moving away from fivesomes at Sun City courses include:

• Improving pace of play

• Transitioning from outdated golf management software to a more modern, robust system

• Enhancing the interface with RCSC’s current point-of-sale system
